M4S7 keeps this simple, because we collect very little. This page explains what we do with personal data, and the terms on which this site and its content are provided.

Who we are
This site is operated by M4S7 LLC, 169 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10016, USA ("M4S7", "we", "us"). For any privacy question, contact contact@m4s7.com.
What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to run the site and respond to you:
- What you send us. If you enquire, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to include in your message. That's it: there is no lead database and no marketing list.
- Technical data. Like any website, our host records standard technical information automatically (IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and timestamps) for security and to keep the site running.
- Cookies. This site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and no analytics that identify you or follow you across other sites.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and take steps toward a possible engagement: our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering into an engagement.
- To operate and secure the site: our legitimate interest in a functioning, protected website.
We do not sell personal data, share it for advertising, or use it to build profiles.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data only on our behalf: our website host, Vercel Inc., and the email provider through which we receive and answer enquiries. We may also disclose data where the law requires it. We do not otherwise share your data with third parties.
Where your data is processed
M4S7 is based in the United States and its operator is based in the European Union, so your data may be processed in both. Where personal data of individuals in the EU/EEA is transferred outside it, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the relevant standard contractual clauses used by our providers).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. Technical log data is retained only for a short period for security and diagnostics.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email contact@m4s7.com. If you are in the EU/EEA and believe we've handled your data improperly, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
